Drum roll, please… Until Morning/Come Out of the Dark will be released in the US on August 16th, and in Europe on September 14th . Available now on CD, and for the first time, on vinyl! Vinyl records come with an MP3 download card, so you can have your record and eat it too… pick yours up online at the ToriSparks.com Store, CDBaby, iTunes, Amazon, pretty much any online retailer you can think of. Both CD and vinyl are available at select stores in the US. A huge thank-you to everyone who pre-ordered the album. Check out the shiny-and-new, pink-and-black version of ToriSparks.com here. I/We are particularly excited about the “choose your language” feature. The translation(s) may not be perfect, but it’s close enough for rock and roll… Check out new videos, new photos from the studio and from the road, preview the new songs, and check out who’s been added to the Glass Mountain Records family (Natalia from Dejame Decirte, Jim from James Soars Media), more. And, just to top things off, there is a new TS iPhone App – search “Tori Sparks,” you’ll find it. There are photos and quirky little games that are only available through the app store. Enjoy! Concerts, Radio, Reviews… Oh My!Concerts in Spain (Barcelona, La Garriga, Girona, Zaragoza) have been fantastico so far! I love the people here. They don’t even laugh at my accent (often). There are already many people to thank, especially BCN-based Soterrani and Dejame Decirte in Madrid. The running of the bulls was exciting, but it barely compares to the sheer madness of touring Europe via train and bus… but we won’t let that stop us! Watch for tour dates in Belgium, Holland, Germany, the UK, France, otros lugares (other places) in the Fall, Winter, and Spring. Tour dates confirmed in Belgium and Holland for October, Scotland for March. Filling in the gaps now. If you are interested in hosting a host concert in essentially any country from Portugal to Russia, from Norway to Greece, now is the time to inquire! Tour dates in Spain posted now – and very excited to show off the new band on national TV in Madrid in September! Speaking of multinational awesomeness, a big “gracias” to radio stations in all of the nations mentioned above, as well as Italy, the Czech Republic, and of course the US and Canada, for playing songs from Until Morning/Come Out of the Dark. The album is steadily making its way up the Americana charts on both sides of the Atlantic – your calls/requests do a great deal to inspire your local program directors, so feel free to be the squeaky wheel at your local radio station. Thanks to Rootstime for being the first mag to review the new album -- “an absolute must for your record collection.” Articles in Bluesmatters, Americana UK, others, to come. See you on the road, hasta luego. |
